5 out of 5 stars Nice Watch!   June 13, 2007

I did extensive research on Seiko watches before choosing this one. I had a kinetic Seiko before and it did not work well at all. Still I'm a big Seiko fan. This is perhaps the best Seiko I've ever owned. It looks great, the band is comfortable, and so far it keeps the time and date flawlessly.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent, Stylish watch   April 28, 2008

I have had this watch for 2 years now, purchasing it from MACY's in NY, while visiting there. Its very stylish, and the perpetual calendar feature is very useful. Infact it's close to resembling a similar blue Rolex.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent watch for the $$$   December 10, 2009

I've had many Seiko watches over the past 25 years, and this is one of my favorites. The perpetual calendar dutifully changes the date correctly at the end of each month, and the accuracy of my watch has been excellent -- within a few seconds per month.

The dial is very nice and changes appearance from different angles and in different light sources. The bracelet is surprisingly good for a watch in this price range -- it is a solid-link design with an adjustable dual-catch clasp. Unlike many of Seiko's dressier watches, this one uses standard 20mm end links, so you could swap the bracelet out for a leather strap for a change of pace.

5 out of 5 stars great Seiko   March 2, 2009

my wife bought me this watch as a gift. the second hand is right on the ticks! the blue dial is cool. the perpetual calendar feature is awesome -- I've only had it a month and it did in fact work. dial indicates "Japan". overall this is a great value.
I had a Seiko railroad watch previously... it worked well until the crown started acting up making it difficult to adjust -- not a big deal though, I'm still a Seiko fan.

5 out of 5 stars Seiko watch   April 21, 2009

The watch very nice and arrived faster than I expected. The clasp on the band is very easy to put on and take off. I have had two other Seiko watches and they each lasted for at least 5 years. I wear a watch every day no matter what I am doing and I am kind of hard on them. The Seiko watches I have always kept perfect time also.
