Amazon. com Product Description With perpetual calendar watches, the time and date are always right -- every hour, every day, year after year. You'll never miss a birthday or anniversary again. This Timex men's silver-tone Perpetual Calendar watch is not just water resistant (up to 328 feet), it's excuse-proof. The watch, which blends a classic traditional design with contemporary details, comes equipped with a stainless steel case and a versatile stainless steel band with a push-button-clasp. The raised numerals that directly adorn the silver-tone bezel dramatically offset the watch's black dial face. It also features an easy-to-read day-and-date calendar display located at the three o'clock position, a 7-year battery, and a handy indiglo night light. Powered by analog-quartz movement and backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, this forward-thinking and iconic watch is time's new modern classic.

| Customer Reviews: Best analog I've ever owned! February 19, 2008 Dead Boy (Spokane, WA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've owned this Timex Perpetual for over two months now, and I must say, this is hands down the most accurate and attractive watch I've ever owned. The subtle but handsomely textured face and well contrasted hands are amazingly legible allowing the user to ascertain the time with a quick glance, as easily as digital's readout. And you know what you read is THE time, or incredibly darn close to it. I myself set my watch *once* 60+ days ago to the right time, and to date the thing has only lost 5 seconds! As for the crystal and band, both are holding their luster quite well, remaining scratch-free and pleasing to the eye (with the exception of the clasp itself, which has scuffed a bit, but I am rough on my watches). Even the Indiglow light works quite well, even though it's usually not needed given the hands' and pips' decent luminous glow in the dark. Top all that off with a 7-year battery (which has to be changed at the factory so they can recalibrate the perpetual calendar - the only real minus on my checklist), and you have yourself an exceptional timepiece.

This item was given as a gift. He wears it quite frequently and likes the weight and feel of it.
